Old Post Office Gallery
The Old Post Office (OPO) Gallery in Georgetown, Maine, features the paintings of five local artists--Cory Hart, Letty Husson, Tracey Panzani, Susan Zimmerman and myself. The gallery is open for its third season until Sunday, September 12, with a closing reception scheduled for Friday, September 10, from 4 to 7 p.m.
This year, the OPO is again featuring the lithographs of internationally recognized artist Dahlov Ipcar. In addition, every three weeks an additional local guest artist is featured. The bold, colorful landscapes of painter Denise Rankin and the found-metal sculptures and stained glass of Allen Ponziani are currently on display.
The Old Post Office Gallery is located on Five Islands Road (Rte 127 South) just after the Georgetown town center.
Gallery artists work in a variety of media, including oils, acrylics, pastels, watercolor, pen and ink, and wood. Here is an example of my oil paintings on display at the OPO this summer.
